The following is from Dan Piraro's publicity office. I have seen one of his live shows and it was terrific. Looking forward to this one:
--------------------
Dan Piraro, renknowned animal welfare advocate and creator of the syndicated cartoon, "Bizarro," will be taking his live comedy show on the road in April. "The Bizarro Baloney Show" will be touring the West Coast in support of a new retrospective book about Piraro, Bizarro and Other Strange Manifestations of the Art of Dan Piraro. (http://www.bizarro.com/books/Bz_Art_of_DanPiraro.htm)

Both the book and the comedy show feature candid discussion of animal rights issues and the myriad benefits of a vegan diet. All profits from performances after travel and PR expenses go to animal rescue organizations.

The Bizarro Baloney Show will appear at the following venues:
April 13, Los Angeles, http://www.iowest.com/
April 17 & 18, San Francisco, http://www.themarsh.org/ or http://www.brownpapertickets.com/
April 19, Mill Valley, http://www.142throckmortontheatre.com/
