Following up on yesterday's DawnWatch alert on the meat safety debate on Larry King Live:
You can now watch an edited version of that debate on line at http://tinyurl.com/ylq2tru
I had noted that T. Colin Campbell, author of The China Study (www.thechinastudy.com) would be interviewed. His arguments were strong. I had not known that the show would also include Jonathan Safran Foer, renowned author of Everything is Illuminated and also of Sunday's beautiful New York Times Magazine essay, "Against Meat." (See http://tinyurl.com/yzgrojv ). He is fast becoming one of the animal advocacy world's most compelling spokespersons -- well worth hearing.
Enjoy the debate, and then please send a comment to Larry King Live -- hopefully praising the stances of Campbell and Safran-Foer! It is important that the producers learn that such guests are appreciated by their viewers.
Yours and the animals',
