I have been offline for over a week, and can't tell you how much I miss doing DawnWatch. I hope to return to it later today. But what I couldn't do is miss the opportunity to tell everybody about a wonderful conference coming up shortly, June 6-8, in Minneapolis. Fantastic speakers from around the country will be there. I am thrilled to be a part of it, as a speaker, and will also sign books -- I so look forward to seeing old activist friends and making lots of new ones. Join activists from all around the country this summer at the Midwest's premiere animal advocacy conference, "Their Lives, Our Voices." This conference is being hosted by Compassionate Action for Animals and will take place in Minneapolis at the beautiful Hubert H. Humphrey Conference Center from June 6-8.
Registration is still available. The cost is $80 for the general public and $40 for students. This includes four full vegan meals!
